The most comfortable hotel bed experienced in a long time. Great shower and sink. Decent breakfast. Very clean. In a great location - fast to Downtown Salt Lake City and also Park City.
Wonderful hotel. The property was clean, staff helpful and friendly. Our corner room was nice with awesome views. Breakfast was nothing special but good. A number of decent restaurants within easy walking distance. Could use a few USB connectors in the room, but only a minor inconvenience. Pool and hot tub were great!
Coming off of a long red eye flight, we loved having the option to check-in early. $25 fee to get in early was the best money spent all trip! Staff was super nice, breakfast is included and it’s great! Loved the location, the pool, and the nearby food/coffee options. Highly recommend!
The AGM handles crisis like a pro, the entire facility has no water from 9 to 5. however , she was able to accommodate my request for a meeting room , so I can host my online conference call on time. bravo!
Everything was great; check in staff was incredibly accommodating when I asked for down-free pillows, and went as far as replacing ALL the bedding to feather free which is usually a nightmare and many places won’t do so. I was very grateful and got a fabulous night sleep. Jojo at reception was also very kind to walk me back up to my room right after I had checked out, because I had left my wedding ring up there!
The staff went above and beyond to accomodate the needs of my grandson.
Everything was great about our stay. We will definitely be looking for this same hotel when planning future trips.
Great location for snowboarders who want to ride the Cottonwood ski areas. Three blocks walk to a bus stop that takes you to Brighton and Solitude. The bus stop is before the transfer/park and ride stop. This allows you to get on the bus before the horde especially on the weekends. Help and friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Spacious and modern room.
